Vetra Apps (“We”, “our” or “us”) built the mobile games (the Apps) as a Service. This Service is intended for use as is. We respect our users’ privacy (“you” or “your”) and have developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy represents the privacy practices in connection with the Apps. By using these Apps, you accept the following privacy policy, responsibility policies, and terms of use.
When you use the Apps, we may gather information about you, including:
• Profile Photos: You may provide a photo when you use the App to set a profile picture via your camera or camera roll (if you have permitted us to access your camera or camera roll). We only access the specific photos you chose to use within the App; we do not collect or access your entire photo library.
• Purchase History: If you choose to purchase an App subscription or in-game item, we may collect confirmation that you are a paid subscriber to the App.
• Device Data: Such as your mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device ID, phone brand, push tokens, Google Advertising ID, Apple ID for Advertising, screen resolution, IP address, and other information about the device you are using.
The information provided is used to run and improve the App features, such as setting your profile picture and maintaining your account. We also use this data to:
• Ensure technical support and maintenance for the Apps.
• Perform statistical analysis about the use of the Apps.
• Display advertisements and marketing communications.

In case of an error in the Apps, we gather data called Log Data, which includes your device IP address, device name, operating system version, and the time/date of your use. While our Service does not use "cookies" explicitly, third-party libraries used in the Apps may use them to gather information.
You are always free to opt-out from the future collection of your information by uninstalling the Apps. If you wish to cancel or delete your account immediately, please send us an email at [email protected].
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If we discover such information has been collected, we will take measures to delete it as soon as possible.
We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your personal information. However, please remember that no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
